We value privacy and process your personal data only with your consent.

1. Jiří Bečvář, Harrachov - Nový Svět 558, 51246, Identification number: 73792462, processes personal data in accordance with the provisions of Art. 26 of the Regulation, in the case of your request for services within the meaning of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) no. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data) (formerly and hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), the following personal data:

  • Name and surname

  • email address

  • phone

  • message text

2. Name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number must be processed for the creation of a service offer, negotiations on this offer or for the purpose of answering your question. The administrator processes cookies on this website necessary for website operation and analytics. Such processing is enabled by Art. 6. paragraph 1 letter b) Regulations. These personal data will be processed by Jiří Bečvář for the duration of negotiations on the conclusion of the contract between you and Jiří Bečvář, no longer than 1 year from your request, unless you consent to further processing.

3. The processing of personal data is carried out by Jiří Bečvář, i.e. the administrator of personal data, or by other providers of processing software, services and applications such as WIX - website creation system (EU VAT ID - EU442008451)

4. According to the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

  • request information from us on what personal data we process,

  • request us to delete this personal data - this deletion will, however, result in the termination of negotiations on the contract,

  • in case of doubt regarding compliance with obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
